Tasting Notes:
La Linda High Vines Sauvignon Blanc is a yellowish green color white wine of great varietal typicity, with expressive aromas that remind of critics (lemon zest) and wild notes of rue. It is fresh, pungent and direct on the palate, all fresh mouth filling sensations. Pleasant acidity that gives briskness and persistence. Also mineral notes, grass and white grapefruit are noticed with a subtle and very pleasant herbaceous hint. Very good harmony and tension thanks to its youth. It has a good volume on the palate and a nice fruit sensation.

2 years.
Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 10°C to 12°C.

A perfect match for aperitifs or seafood dishes, such as oysters or urchins. It also suits wonderfully well with sea sautés.
